Q: Is COD (Cash on Delivery) available?
Ans: Unfortunately we are discontinuing COD as a payment option. Our customer experience has suffered due to issues with delivery when selecting COD. This is not fault of either customer or delivery partner, many times such deliveries are returned and this leads to bad experience to everyone. A part of our profits is also shared with our local church and due to these RTO our contributions to church have also suffered.
Please be assured that our highest importance is a great customer experience. We are also trusted and reputed company and you can be assured our delivery of goods and great value to be derived from our products.
Q: How long will it take for my items to arrive?
Ans: It will usually take minimum 5 to maximum 10 business days for all orders to arrive. Shipping times vary from product-to-product; based on demand and shipping location.
Q: Is shipping really FREE?
Ans: Yes, Shipping is FREE all over India.
Q: Do you provide a refund or return in case I face any issue with the product?
Ans: Yes, we have our simple 5 days return and refund policy. Please check that in our policy section.
Q: How long will it take to receive a tracking number?
Ans: It will usually take between 1-2 business days.
Q: Will I receive a confirmation number when I place my order?
Ans: Yes, all customers will receive confirmation after placing their orders (NOTE: Please contact us if you don't receive one within 12 hours)
